Grandview Steelers General Manager Aldo Bruno announced today that the Steelers have acquired defenseman Ty Woodard from the Richmond Sockeyes.
Woodard, 19, will be joining his former Sockeyes teammate Ruthven in Steeltown. He has suited up for 5 games for the Sockeyes registering a goal. The 6’2 and 210 points Squamish native gives the Steelers more depth on the defensive core for the stretch run.
