Meanwhile the Steelers blue line contributed two marquee goals. With Captain Gabe Adam scoring his 80th career point with the Grandview Steelers, and Rookie D-man Michael Konechny scoring the game breaker in the third, eventually leading to a hardworking Colby Longeau empty net goal.
